Greenlaw Partners is a full service real estate investment management and operating company who acquires, develops and manages properties. Our core business is the acquisition and management of income and land entitlement projects. We differentiate ourselves by focusing on relationships which are our most important asset. Greenlaw's strong equity, broker, vendor and lending relationships allow us to create value and maximize returns. Strategy
Our strategy is designed to create value within opportunities and maximize returns for our investors. We currently focus on obtaining the highest possible risk-adjusted returns through purchasing office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties at or below replacement cost. Greenlaw will create and implement a business plan to increase cash flow or base asset value and thereby optimize equity multiple and IRR.
Greenlaw is an entrepreneurial firm with an institutional mindset. Our large in-house team allows Greenlaw to manage the properties from acquisition through disposition. Asset and property managers are involved early in the acquisition process. This integrated approach creates a system in which the team is fully accountable for the success of the investment.

Greenlaw Management Inc. (GMI), the management operating division of Greenlaw Partners, provides in-house property management and construction management services. GMI currently employs a large team of dedicated management professionals. GMI currently manages Greenlaw's existing portfolio.
